1. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

We understand that innovative ideas are your most valuable asset. Before initiating any deep architectural discovery or transferring sensitive documentation, IP DALIN formally executes a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We guarantee that your project concepts, business models, and trade secrets will never be shared with third parties, competitors, or utilized outside the scope of your specific project.

2. Secure Source Code and Asset Management

All project artifacts, including source code repositories (Git), Figma design files, and architecture diagrams, are managed within strictly access-controlled environments. Access is granted only to the specific engineers actively working on your project. Upon project completion, all permissions are fully transferred to the client, and our internal access is permanently revoked.

3. OWASP Security Standards and Data Encryption

We build software with a "Security-First" mindset. Our development practices adhere to the OWASP Application Security Verification Standard (ASVS) to prevent common vulnerabilities (such as SQL Injection, XSS, and CSRF). Furthermore, all data transmitted between our backend systems, mobile apps, and third-party APIs is securely encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 protocols.

4. Zero Third-Party Data Sharing

IP DALIN operates solely as an engineering and architecture provider. We do not aggregate, sell, or share your proprietary data or your users' data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any unauthorized third parties.
